The DX-1000 is able to route received faxes from a phone line to a specified PC recipient with an ITU-T standard SUB-Address, without having to print them first. You can also send faxes from your desktop via the DX-1000 as easy as sending an e-mail message. And sent and received faxes are automatically archived in your e-mail out-box and in-box for easy future reference.

With the DX-1000 you can send documents directly to your desktop PC at up to 400 dpi with the touch of a button, for e-mail distribution, faxing, archiving or running OCR. You can also print on the DX-1000, taking advantage of its image data compression, which can be a lifesaver when your primary network printer is busy.
